Inclusive Pathways is the program we develop at Amadeus to accompany each participant in their process of development, autonomy, participation and inclusion, starting from the recognition of their capacities, interests, needs and possibilities.

What is transformed

Life project

Each pathway is built with the person and their family: their own goals, their own timing, their own decisions.

Participation

Being present is not enough: the work is for the person to decide, contribute and be heard in their environment.

Autonomy and independence

Skills for daily life, study and work, sustained by supports that adjust over time.

How does it work?

The route is built through the PAI AMAR – Comprehensive Care Plan.

    Identification

    The process begins with an identification of the participant and of their relationship with the different systems that are part of their life: family, education, art, vocation and community. This view allows us to understand where the person is, what capacities and opportunities exist around them and what aspects we can strengthen to expand their participation.

  2. 02

    Individual work plan

    Based on that understanding, we build an individual work plan, with purposes and actions that guide the accompaniment.

  3. 03

    Connecting environments

    Amadeus's interdisciplinary team connects the different environments, people and opportunities that can contribute to the process.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

    The team follows the pathway to recognize progress, new interests and possibilities that appear along the way.

In this way, each participant can build their own journey, strengthening capacities, making decisions and progressively expanding their participation in the different settings of their life.

At Amadeus we accompany the person and connect the environments that are part of their life, because every pathway is built in relation to others.
