Alliances that transform
How does it work?
- 01
Six-month training plan
The route begins with the participant through a six-month training plan, aimed at developing the capacities and skills needed to participate in work environments.
- 02
Evaluation and projection
At the end of each period, their process is evaluated and, based on their progress and possibilities, the next steps of their pathway are projected.
- 03
Practice experiences
This path also includes practice experiences, which allow participants to gradually approach real work contexts, put into action what they have learned and recognize new capacities, interests and opportunities to move toward socio-occupational inclusion.
In parallel, Amadeus accompanies families to strengthen their role in this process and works with companies through awareness-raising spaces, fostering environments able to recognize people's capacities and create conditions for their participation.
In this way, AMAR Companies connects person, family and company, understanding that sustainable socio-occupational inclusion is built when everyone is part of the path and the environment also prepares itself to welcome, accompany and recognize difference.
