Our way of accompanying
We are a foundation that connects people, families and environments to accompany each person with a disability in building their own pathway. We start from their capacities, interests and ways of being and, through our PAI AMAR (Comprehensive Care Plan), we connect the different contexts that are part of their lives to build inclusive pathways. We work alongside them to create the conditions that allow them to learn, participate, make decisions and find their place. Because we believe no one builds their path alone: when people and their environments meet, listen to each other and move forward together, we expand the possibility of who each person can be.
